Dropshipping payment method problem

I live in a country where paypal withdrawal is restricted and not possible unless i get a foreign country bank account (which is a problem) . I need to come up with a solution to make a payment option online where I should be able to withdraw the money without using paypal. Stripe doesnt accept Payoneer so Payoneer would be hard to use since its not that viral popular as an online payment method and they havent got a simple paying system to make customers buy the products simple and easy. So guys, I need your help finding a solution.

Use PayPal then with PayPal but another thing or service from yoursel where you can get money on Payoneer.
