OK....since you didn't read the thread:

"I use this type of traffic for 2 things. 1 - I use it to lower my Alexa ranking and increase my PR, which is working perfect. 2 - Selling ad space, which is working perfect. The better PR and Alexa the more I get for ad placement. Advertisers like to see traffic on the sites they advertise on, and that's what I get. So for me I would say conversions are pretty good"

And yes, there have been adsen*e clicks reported, but there are no guarantees for this or any cpa conversions. Many people are also using this traffic for thinning out their cpa campaigns to keep their AMs happy
