Exchange shout outs in Instagram.

I want to record some videos for instagram in a couple of local gyms, I have a legit fitness acc with real followers. Not super huge (5k) but it is pretty active. I want to record some videos in a couple of gyms and I'm gonna need like 20 minutes in each gym.

I want to offer them a shout-out and a couple of links in the video that will get decent numbers, but I'm not really sure that this is what people do. What can I offer? I never done this before.

Grow your account a bit more. I mean your avarage hs girl has more than 5k, after that try to go and try that. Most businesses like to be mentions on insta since most of them have Instagram accounts, so tell them youre an influencer and tagging them will get more clients. I dont see why gyms would let you in tbh.

Just put yourself in the situation of the gym manager.

If i were him i would think is this guy going to be more beneficial to me with this instagram post then having "whole" gym distracted because of some people filming for 20 minutes.

Not sure if youre using a phone to film or one big ass camera.

If theres 2 of you going i would try the

"Can me and my girlfriend do a test workout session in the gym?".

Ive got in 50/50 with this in about 6 gyms.

i hope this works out well
