So i had a stealth paypal account for almost a year now a (business account) and suddenly paypal asked me to start verifying my phone number with every payment, now as im not a us citizen i do not have a us number and when i made it (i know i was dumb) i used a free number from an app called textnow, now i of course lost that number so i wanted to add a new one, but apparently paypal recently started checking the national CNAM database to make sure your paypal name actually owns that number, which of course free voip numbers do not show up on there. i wanted to know if it was possible to buy outside the us a number paypal will think i own, and for less than like 100$ if possible

Either grab yourself a google voice number or download the following apps on mobile to buy one:
RWG Mobile, Vyke or Cloud Sim
Like $15/y if not less if you buy from the apps above. Google voice is "lifetime" as accounts usually go for like 1-2$

and these will pass the cnam check in paypal? i.e. the "it looks like this number isn't registered in your name" error

Should. If not, your account is bugged and you should contact support that your number doesn't work.
