why aren't these people getting copyright strikes ?

Hello champs, I hope everybody is earning solid green.
During my search on youtube about channels that work in the same niche I work on I noticed that many channels copy the exact same content (video ) of some famous channels than they add their own voiceover. this channels transalt English to Arabic and then re-upload the videos.
my question is why aren't this channels getting copyright strikes
and most importantly am I going to get away if I did the same thing?

Pretty sure thats not how it works.

In regards to op, im pretty sure they owner allowed them, maybe they have no idea, or maybe they cant be bothered to strike the video.

I studied the videos the only editing they did was adding thier logos on the videos , and i dont think that the owner would allow more than 3 channels to use his content and get millions of views .

I have researched such channels and think that it was created by owners of the original channel to increase audience , it is sad but it is true)

Actually they will get a copyright strike sooner or later or maybe earning is going to real content creator.

Don't overthink about that, the algorithm now can not detect that of course, this is an ancient school method, you can see such things everywhere. For example, if algo can detect, all movie review videos will be flagged right?

Just think about it, it is not that easy to detect by machine...

And maybe this old method will always work, in the next 5 years, 10 years, .... who knows!

(apparently, someday, a powerful skynet AI can detect, though I highly doubt what year of it, and if it needs to flag you lol, just think about critics...)

He can add filters to the video / voice pitch etc. He can also copyright claim his own videos so even if someone else comes and strikes his videos he will get 50% and not nothing

yeah that is the case for some channels like the brigthside but the ones im talking about were not created by the owners of the original channels

You can actually do transalations of popular videos, and upload them. Some popular YouTubers tell you to do this for their videos.

There is a difference between copyright strikes and copyright claims. Copyright strikes can only be done by the copyright holders. They can also get copyright claims where the Copyright Holder will monetize from the videos without the need to take them down, there is no way for you to know whether or not they are getting copyright claims.

The only way to succeed at fighting the algos is to employ the same techniques that software engineers do in creating them.

1) Create your own blueprint to accomplish your goal

2) Write everything down.

3) You will need to do the same thing with videos that advertising people do with their ads. Test - Test - Test

4) You need multiple, unrelated Youtube accounts created under different IP's, etc

5) Experiment with changing the audio (pitch, voiceovers, background music, etc)

6) Experiment with changing the video (tiny text in the lower right corner, changing size - shrink video by 1 pixel) and see if you can find people on the net talking about how video signatures are created, how often they are created and exactly how videos are analyzed by Youtube.

7) Use something like Vidskippy. It is for sale on JV Zoo I think. It is especially for Video Jacking. Maybe they have a training manual or something.

You dont know that. One channel could get 100 claims and still operate. Unless the channel gets 3 strikes then it will be terminated. Im a certified YouTube consultant, i work very closely with YT and dozens of partners. Ive had my fair share of claims, somethinf that is normal for the everyday creator who doesnt own any rights to 3rd party content.

These channels could still upload content, ans maybe 3 out 10 videos dont get claimed right away but they eventually do. If they are lucky they dont. They just do it for the quick buck or for the long term growth.
