How Does a person post 100 times a day without getting shadow banned?

I've also seen it in brand new IG's...

when I try to do it I seem to be gettin banned after 5 posts

In the club world is different. Clients usually search recent hashtags like vegaspromoter to get a promoters number.

that the real way

1 account 10 hours post 1 every hour
on 10 account = 100 posts a day.

so in your case .

100 accounts posting 1 every hour over a 10 hour period .

1000 post in 1 day from 100 accounts .

The trick is to start of slow and increase the number of posts per day. If you start posting 100 images for a brand new account, you're more likely to get banned. However, If you start like 20 post/day for a week, then 25 posts/day for 1 week, etc then you should be fine.
