Hi all,

I have a question. I didn't make money with "Blackhat" solution so I was thinking if it's not better to start a "whitehat seo". So I learn the base.

Is it possible tho set up a blog (good niche) + Adsense( good configuration) and make some money? like $50/month after a good month of working on the blog. Writing all my self,...

Thanks

What I have tried in "blackhat"

its possible to make far more than that with one good blog , its going to require work and a lot of effort to build to it though ...check out some of the threads theres lots of imformation about blogging on here.

Ok thanks. Time to work on it, I have a lot. Suppose that I need a very good niche?

1 blog + adsense + traffic = income
1000 blogs +adsense + no traffic = no income

A question. Can i set up adsense and affiliate banner on the same page? Or is that not "legal"?

OK thanks all! Will try to set up a good blog. I will first write my projet before doing anything on Internet.
Will give you feedback!

Blogs are good but why not do one better. How about fake blogs by famous people like an infamous Fake Steve Jobs Blog... *wink wink*. :p

I heard they'll get you at least 1k a month, why not set up 5?

Don't knwo that will look after it

have a question is it better to make blogs or minisites when doing adsense, i am testing this so far my blogs are getting deindexed or getting lower ranks now but i have a minisite that has been in the top 3 for over a year and i havent touched it in about 8 mths... also ive noticed for some reason google is the only search engine that loves blogs... because my blogs get ranked high very fast but my minisite takes longer but it stays longer too...

Blog or minisite has nothing to do with it. I know so many blogs with a better design and a better content

ok i dont think u got the point of what i was saying, is that im not concerned with the look of the site, adsense sites are less work i dont even care if viewers read the articles because i dont want them on the site long at all the content is just there for SEO to ranking. i am making simple blogs and minisites as simple as can get.

well yeah i agree with you on this, but only if youre only monetizing with adsense.

If you're doing other affiliates, selling products, you gotta make sure your contents are good and informative

At my current rate I can get a site making about 20$/day in about a week or so. It takes quite a bit of work though.

Heres my advice:
Write as much content as you possibly can until your fingers split into the keyboard. However make sure you take enough time doing proper keyword research before writing your content. There was this one person who made about 300$ with 15 articles just by doing good enough keyword research.

you will need a hell of a lot of traffic....
and an aged blog...

$50/month is not nice income btw....

not worth it imo....i stopped adsense a year ago...pulled all their ads off my sites...cuz a nickle a click is a bit insulting...jmo

That's good income for such a short amount of time. Besides unique content and backlinks, what else are you doing to optimize your sites?

Is it legal?

yes after you get your traffic and user that love you al the time and it makes visit you daily...

I know a guy who make 125$ a day using only one blog with adsense and no affiliate marketing involved. He keeps saying all you need is hardwork, patience and seo skills. That's why I'm into blogging, following his footsteps

$50/month is around $2/per day. Depending on your niche, $2/per day can be between 2-20 clicks ($0.10-$1.00 per click) - If your able to write decent articles, do a lot of SEO, understand keyword and keyword ranking, you can easily reach this goal. I'm thinking about starting up a white hat project myself, but I haven't got anything planned just yet. My advice is to build up a blog, create a link wheel targeting a keyword relating to a single post, then repeat for each post you make, it'll be a load of work, I'm not going to lie to you, but you'll be ranking in a number of keywords and be getting a lot of traffic from Google etc. I also suggest you promote your website on Twitter, I can easily drive 100 hits to any page I want, 24/7 thanks to twitter. Annoyingly, most of the twitter-traffic I get doesn't convert with much, but it's mostly semi-targetted, which is great. :) Good luck :D
