Help to make a website in future

Hi.I'm new to BlackHat,but before creating this account I was reading for 4-5 days very much about making money with anything.I was a cartoon drawer but how school started I cannot continue,only when summer starts.Now me and a friend we decided to make a website where there will be free netflix,pornhub,brazzers,etc,etc accounts because we didn't saw many sites like that and we wanna give a try.We have a 45$ to start but don't know from where to start.To make a simple site I know, but to add ads to make cash or to make it simple or to promote it I don't know so hope someone can help me.

Ask @Festinger is he has a suitable theme for you and go to marketplace to get some cheap hosting. Read the affiliate section to get ideas how to monetize. When the site is up and running, go to the marketplace for promotion services or take a look in the download section for some freebies

If you are looking to make it fast and easy, I would recommend you to use Tilda.
It's not expensive to start with low budget, but you can make it great to increase leads for the future.

I am talking full on actual developer that can use his skills in the future. Personally I am learning how to code websites because of the limitations platforms provide. I am investing in to my future sure it's boring but what do I have to loose lol?

Yes, I get you. your approach is about long term benefits.
But I think OP wanted to know how to get a website up and running to start providing his services.

If you are looking to make it fast and easy, I would recommend you to use Tilda.
It's not expensive to start with low budget, but you can make it great to increase leads for the future.

I've just checked out Tilda, it's awesome. The design and everything. They basically host it, if I got it right.
And you can connect your own domain. All they have in return is a backlink in the footer section of every page of your website.
They do seem kinda cheap with their own domains, the Tilda website uses .cc and .ws which were both free at one moment.

1.From who or where to buy domain and hosting?
2.Are expired domains good?
