For those who may not know there are a lot of free servers you can connect to via OpenVPN, that are secure and enable an easy way to change ip. But may have various rules, etc so if necessary read the TOS. Credit to https://www.freeopenvpn.org/en/connect.php

1. Download and install OpenVPN
Windows: OpenVPN For Windows
Linux: Use a version from repository
MacOS: Tunnelblick
Android: OpenVPN Connect (Android 4.0 +)
iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad): OpenVPN Connect

2. Download and import configuration files
Choose a country from the VPN servers list and download files OpenVPN (UDP | TCP).

For those who does not know: UDP and TCP are communication protocols. UDP is faster but consumes more energy on mobile devices and may not be available in some networks. TCP could be a bit slower but has ability to connect to proxy-servers and is widely available.

Download .ovpn files here: Server List

Next, import the downloaded files into the system:
Windows: copy files .ovpn in folder C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\
Android, iOS, Mac OS: click on files .ovpn in the file manager and they will get imported.

3. Launch OpenVPN application
Before the launch, in Windows, right click OpenVPN shortcut, choose "Properties", open "Compatibility" tab, and check the box "Run as administrator". After the launch, right click the icon "OpenVPN", choose the configurational file, and make a connection with a simple mouse click.
To launch in Linux, type the following command: sudo openvpn /path to the .ovpn file
For other operating system, use GUI utility.

Just download preferred country (.ovpn file) from the server list in post...

ok it is showing me that it is connected to,i selected to go with with the tcp and it showing me connected,however it is not working!Showing me my IP and not the new one,do you know how to solve this issue?

It is not premium in terms of speed, and most ips are blacklisted
