Some Indexed very fast. 1 Article was posted today and was already indexed.
I used them as tier-1 links straight to a money article
For the price point I’m pretty impressed here.
4/7 blogs were HTTPS
All sites looked good (logos, pages, etc) and the themes were varied.
Some had better metrics than stated.
Spun, but more readable than usual.

The only negative, is that the sites have quite a few niches. But they are listed as general. So as expected.

These sites look good enough that OP could offer handwritten only and could very easily charge a significant amount more

Here's what I liked about the PBNs.

• Mixture of HTTP/HTTPs websites. 4 are HTTPs, 3 are HTTP. This is a good diversification of the PBNs as most that are sold here on BHW are non-https. I generally prefer HTTPs PBNs as they are a signal to Google that the website is "real".
• Comes with Privacy Policy, TOS & Contact Us pages. Very real looking.
• Content is nicely written with minimal mistakes

I used OP links as a tier 2 link to boost up a supporting article. I think that OP's links are good enough for an inner page article link.

Overall, very valued for money. Highly Recommended.

I received 7 posts for free in exchange for a review.
That was actually more than originally contracted, seems the OP likes to positively surprise people.

Positives:
The blogs are very varied in content and looks, some http, some https, all have all the additional pages (about, terms, contact...).
The articles posted were obviously spun, but very well spun - have to agree with BTB's thread opening review on this - much better than the average spin.
All post articles had beyond 450 words (not counting title and other surrounding text), all tested clean against plagiarism.
The links were placed above the fold, so that they appeared in 6 of 7 home pages, too. Anchor texts exactly what I asked for, naturally integrated into the writing. Very happy with that.
OP provided a very simple report that contained links and metrics, just what's needed.
The metrics are pretty solid (actual DAs even a bit higher than the reported ones), between 13 and 20.
Indexing seems to work well, of course the specific articles posted for me aren't yet indexed, but other articles posted on the sites a few days ago already are.
(interesting side comment: for two domains G indexed the about, contact, privacy sub-pages, but not the home page!?)

Not so positives:
Most of the blogs were clearly linked to a niche, whereas the content on them is all over the place, from gambling to biotech. If Majestic knows it, Google knows it for sure, too.

Overall verdict:
At around 1$ per blog post this is incredible value, IMHO. Recommended to diversify your backlink portfolio.

Anchor placement is made in different places, although the article is spun from the same seed article.
Websites have different themes. Pretty clean look.
The posts are on different niches.
However, considering the price and the value of the blogs, the downside of blogs not being niche specific is not that bad.
Overall impressed with the price point considering the quality.

Pros:

• I really like the fact that the content is readable despite being spun. It's not your average "My house screams on his dog" kind of spun content.
• The posts are plagiarism free and come with headlines and titles.
• The sites are good looking and clean, and they contain all the necessary additional pages.
• Well placed anchors.
• Short, clean report.

Cons:

• The websites have more niches than they should. I know that they're classified as general, but damn, there are more niches than I knew existed in those websites.

Overall
It's $1/link for god's sake! There's value here, and you really shouldn't miss it. I recommend this service.

The average TF score was 14
The average DA score was 15+
The average RD score was 26+

The content used was spun (but readable) and relevant images were added to the posts. All sites had different theme and design to them.

In my opinion, the backlink juice that you get from this service is good. It will strengthen your websites.

That said, it's too early for me to comment on the rankings. The report was delivered 24 hours back. It was delivered on TAT.

Area of Improvement: Content could have been better.

Thus far, it seems like a thumbs up service.

- I checked the domains hosting provider, and they are spread through multiple IP's/providers.
- Above average spun content - this content is somehow readable.
- Different themes

What could be improved:

For the money, he asks it's perfect - for more money though he can offer non-spun content.

I think this is a great service which offers power, i pointed them to tier1 directly, on a new website as I trust @PropertyGrow and hist services.

Review

@PropertyGrow provided me with 7 PBN links to review their service. Findings below.

• Report - I was sent a Majestic screenshot showing each of the PBN domains and their metrics + a text file with links to each of the links for easy viewing.
• Metrics - TF 12-17 / CF 7 - 24.
• PBN Design - Decent logos, contact, privacy etc pages. Basically they looked quite decent and like real sites but with posts about a LOT of different topics and niches.
• Posts
  • Pros - Well made with headings, bullets, lists, images and link placement in different places in each article. They look good.
  • Cons - Content was quite heavily spun, quite a bit did not make sense but you are paying for a link, not the content so not really a negative for this service.

Overall - this looks like a decent service for the price point and a really good option to diversify your links and KW density.
