Normally we Indians are best suited for troll only that is why great things like BHW events are not happening here. We are happy to waste time with guy who joined today.

the meets are orgenised from administrator , the meets cost money so it wont be free .
the tickets cost money , the tickets pay for the event and the hosts.
organizing a event not as easy as you think , a lot of work and bookings are needed .
try contacting the administrator of this forum might help.
a lot of you seem happy know but as soon as money is talked about or needed most members go missing.
all event have to be funded in full before going foward .

If we want to take this to next level, we need Admins or Mods to organize as redarrow said.
It definitely takes a lot of energy and resource to organize this. I am also from india and i am ready to pay if some kind of ungagged thing happens in india. Even for an unofficial meetup we will not have that many people. A majority of people will say that they will come, but nobody will be there at the meetup until there is some kind of fee.
I request admins or mods like Society Girl to organize and behind them volunteers to follow up with the leaders. Lets see how it goes

I agree, Unofficial meet will be a big failure. Vibe of meeting as BHW members officially will be a great experience.
