Probably not. Gmail works and it's free.

It can be free, but it's not private at all. Even on my previous work we used that all BAT email service which could be started only from USB an order to save all the information.
Now I'm looking for something more up-to-date.

Okay, did some research and found eclipso.eu to be pretty good as pointed also by @dibridor
GMX is also a good choice as they are located in Germany.

I don't really get the whole privacy thing. I understand closing your blinds at night. Not because you are doing shady shit, you just don't want people looking. I fail to see how that translates into email privacy. What is so sacred that you don't want anybody else to see? I fail to see the point that is why I use gmail for most everything.

I tried gmx before and I had problems with it. So it's not what I'm looking for.
As for eclipso it was already mentioned and I think it's worth trying.

These are job questions which should remain private that's why I started to think about it. Gmail is not enough for me anymore.

I was thinking about e-mail services and if they're private enough.. I have to use email a lot in my work and I think it's not so safe. Maybe there are blockchain based emails (as it is very popular these days) or decentralized ones? As I don't want anyone to have an access to my correspondence.

What email service do you use on the whole? I want to collect all pros and cons in order to choose the best service for me.

I really don't know about blockchain-based email providers, but I would recommend you to use ProtonMail as it's completely secured.

Do you believe these messengers? I don't trust them. Facebook also said that it is reliable until it was hacked.

Do you remember all the stories about anonymity Telegram? They were at the beginning. We know that Telegram are insecure. The same situation with new messengers. They are only said to be safe.
