How I doubled my traffic

This is my experience I hope it might help someone out there. Each website is different but for me this worked.

1. I added an SSL certificate to the blog
2. Moved from Apache to Nginx, this really improved my speed.
3. Implemented HTTP/2 protocol and the site was now loading under 4 Seconds
4. Linked to CloudFlare, they enabled me to do Server Push
5. Added Google AMP

All these I did in 3 days and after 2 weeks my traffic went from 3,000 to 7000 pageviews in a day. Bounch rate went down and earnings increased.

I read everything online and implemented.

1. I use Letsencrypt it is free
2. Server Push to improve speed

I am now thinking the hurdle was site speed for me.

Especially if you are ranking already, speed will give you a huge boost.

I use fellow blackhatter @aqibarif74 I have dedicated hosting with them, three years now no problem and super quick customer service

Nginx needs lesser RAM than apache so it is better any day. The problem with it though is the rewrite rules.. as I don't think we can run .htaccess in there can we?

I guess AMP is helping, I saw some other post mentioning that they added AMP and there was a rise in traffic.

But if you've moved to https (happened by installing+setting up SSL certificate), then why do you need http/2 + Server Push at all if they aren't being used?
Cloudflare doesn't even access your server on http/2, they do it on a simple http instead

Or are you using shared hosting and thus couldn't enable full/strict SSL in Cloudflare and didn't enable "Always Use HTTPS" in Cloudflare and thus don't redirect http visitors to https automatically?
