Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you create videos that are criticizing or talking about something that is copyrighted?

You cant, for example, directly upload something say a clip from WWE and that's it. Because then your basically claiming its yours.

But say in this example, you have a clip or pictures of WWE material(which is copyrighted) but you are talki ng about it or criticizing it. Isnt this allowed?

Thanks for any feedback

Yeah it should be allowed as far as I know. If it's not.. pewds and dramaalerts channel, etc would long be gone by now.

I've never watched any of his stuff.. I guess sometimes he talks about brands or copyrighted things?

I just wanted verification before wasting my time if I wanted to make a video doing this

Yeah PewDiePie has a segment called pewnews where he talks about yt news as well as normal news showing photos, etc. Same with dramaalert aka keemstar too. And almost all the reaction channels too. You may have a hiccup here and there but you can react or criticise the copyrighted material.

P.S - Do a little more research.

Look up "Copyright fair use law" That should help you answer all your questions. And yes you can criticizing and review things that are copyrighted you just have to follow the rules.
