As most that are botting have experienced in this past couple of days, I have also gotten the taste of the PV wave.

About 80% off accounts got request to PV. They were all posting.

1 account was just following yesterday, resting today, not posting at all and it wasn't affected by the wave. But today I have posted an unique photo with unique caption, immediately after the photo got posted account seemed deleted when I checked it by going directly to the accounts url in IG and the account required PV. After PV, the account returned online and the photo was still posted.

So my question is, does IG detected the posting pattern on botted accounts? Does the bot leave some traces? Is there anything that can be done in order to prevent this?

They probably detect some pattern behavior pattern like too many likes or too many posts in a short amount of time. Only thing you can do is slow the bot down and avoid non-human like behavior. If a human wouldn't do it, then your bot shouldn't either.

As I said, that account only followed lightly (less than 80 followers in a day, and the day on posting the first pic it was resting) and posted only 1 picture in it's whole "existence". Like module was not enabled at all.

100% something changed, cuz a lot of people who use diff accs/proxy/software faced with the same issue

Take a look on near thread. Some people get PV request even via posting via official mobile app. Very odd

Could be a proxy issue

Unfortunately not.

Yeah this is a problem only with accounts that post using bots.
All you can do is stop posting until your bot updates or you hear some news
It may be an ig glitch or new update who knows

Impossible is nothing, but too much people got the same problem. And i do believe they use different IPs

Sometimes I get the Google captcha challenge on regular SERPs.I figure it's because I landed on some bad IP neighborhood. Might be similar system with IG.

Hope it's an IG glitch - we have to get this taken care of haha.
