Hi is there anybody who know the place in Manchester, England were people go to buy wholesale stuff I know they sell all kind of stuff and have different wholesalers were houses that's were shop owners buy stock for they shops and many ebayers etc get they stuff could someone help me fund this place please.

7yrs ago i used to live in manchester, if your after electronic gadgets and that take a look at Aria - their website is

i think you can get a trade account with them - they used to be located over by bellvue if i recall

they used to have great deals then, i used to build pcs on the side and they where always the cheapest...

I used to know my way around the Manchester warehouse scene like the back of my hand.

your first point of call should be www.thetrader.co.uk
there you will find websites, addresses and such.

from what i learnt, most wholesalers in manchester are/were like a family
ie
one family into electronics
one family into gadgets and gimmicks
one family into toys and gifts
and so on ...
so when the family orders their stock its shared between the family then the family resells at individual prices....
but anyway i'm getting off topic

yeah thetrader is not a bad magazine, however I would cut out the middle man and go direct to china and buy from there. Of course you need to know someone in china but thats where the $ is.

I agree I contact some Chinese factory from the Abb website but 70% are scam
so I got scared and did't buy nothing. but I would like to know some legit Chinese company

You'll find it hard to compete with the mancs prices.... then again you wont find their stuff by yourself abroard... but then again ... b4 h1tman mentioned the market, who would tell you where it was?
