Instagram Bots (Jarvee, GMT2, etc) are really easily detected...?

So this is a theory, and I may well be wrong, I very much hope I am wrong! And I am in no means saying anything against these programs, but hear me out...

So I've recently invested about $300 into aged IG accounts, top quality resi virgin proxies and a beast VPS and I've started botting. And today about 70% of my accounts get slapped with PV!

I thought I had been so careful and meticulous about my approach:

• $4 proxies, virgin, residential (only 2 accounts per IP)
• 24 hours of no activity after first sign up
• an entire week of only 15 follows per day on average.
• only using the accounts for a limited time a day and letting them rest at night.
• I mean, I could have basically done this without a bot since I've been using so few follows, I could have done it by hand! I'm treating these accounts like a baby, being SO careful...

And still, today, when I start to increase follows from 15 to 30 I get slapped with PV across 70% of my accounts. It's clear, IG is on to me and has flagged my accounts for being suspicious... but WHY?

So I have thought for hours about this, and I've come to a conclusion:

Surely bots are so easy to spot, because the activity isn't real. It's not how a normal user acts.

Most real users do the following:

• Scroll around the home feed
• Look at random posts
• stalk random people and look through their posts
• look through lists of people that liked their friend's post to see who liked them
• look through their own posts and check who liked them.
• look at people's stories.
• Doing these activities randomly - maybe intensely for one hour, then nothing for another few hours.

Meanwhile my bot is doing:

• Log in
• Scrape following users from some pages
• Go to each of these users and follow them
• Sit and do nothing.

Surely this is so obvious for IG to spot, if I was them, I'd just say if users aren't acting normal then flag them. So do any of these bots actually do any of these activities? I use GMT2 and I can't see any options to do any of these 'normal' activities. Am I missing something? Are they secretly doing this kind of stuff in the background?

I am not a pro. But I do use Jarvee.

My Understanding (PERSONAL) is if your IG accounts look spammy -- it will ask for phone verification.

I've had 4 accounts. 2 For a Game Niche "Generator" and 2 For something else (No link, nothing).

Every 2-3 days my Game Niche "Generator" is asked for Phone Verification. The other 2 -- never.

Also, I don't use proxies. Just VPS Directly.

I had to move 70 accounts from jarvee (after months using it) to gmt because they were only getting pv every 2 hours
Go with gmt
Also paying $4 for a proxy is way too much and looks like they are flagged so better switch to gmt and a new procy provider with a few days off

Sure, I joined here when I was a teenager but never really participated, now I'm back because I love this hobby, and my account is still active! I plan to be quite an active member from now on as I have quite a bit of experience online.

I started to PV my accounts, but the codes only came through for a tiny percentage. The other ones I never received the codes! Can I ask what PVA supplier you use? Cheers!

Any public bot can be detected easily. Instagram sends lots of data to its server even a single click. I guess, they analyze these data to track account behaviour. Now no bot sends these data that's why there's lot of problems.

I thought my cheap proxy is giving me pva but seems like even $4 resi proxy has same fate, it's definitely ig knows abd sending pva to botted accounts.

Some other users are apparently reporting a lot of PV today, so maybe it's just a bad day.

But at the same time, I'm trying to make a list of all the 'unusual' things that my accounts do, because honestly I've been overly careful with them.

• $4 proxy
  
• lots of rest
• very very slow warm up (less than 30 follows per day)
• Unique images, only post one per day
• no bio
• no links
• no dm
• These are the most chilled accounts ever, hadn't started using them for ANY marketing, just slow warm up

So either IG is having a PV field day

OR my accounts were shit to begin with (I bought 'aged' accounts')

OR IG knows they're not real because of no 'real' user activity like checking friend's posts and feed etc...

Personally, I don't know how Instagram is determining which accounts they want to slap with a phone verification request. I have multiple accounts who have been botted on for over 2 years working 100% fine but then I have some accounts that have been botted on for just 2 months and they've got phone verification requests.

I'm personally thinking it's either due to the source of the accounts (where the accounts were bought from) or possibly the email associated with the account (rediffmail accounts, etc.) but I'm not 100% sure.

It doesn't seem like a proxy issue because my accounts are on proxies from the same provider, and it's not an actions issue because like I said, I have accounts that I've been botting on for over 2 years working 100% fine.

Yeah, to be honest, that's my weak link too. Come to think of it. No way they're banning me for a miserable 30 follows per day.

The weak part and the part I had no control over are the accounts. I'm making my own from now on.

@honor hahaha, what bot do you use? Most of them have built-in mass PV process.
