Question about Instagram apps

Hello I was wondering: why there isn't any app that works with tokens and does follow/unfollow? In order to be able to use tokens an authorized app is needed, is this the problem? Or is there any other issue? Please answer only if you know this topic

because public access to the app was killed off years ago
the api is restricteed in what it can do
soon as you start automating via the API it is very easy to know what you are doing and block you

So Instagram will not allow me to have an app that follows/unfollows during the day with customer's profile? I have only like 15-20 profiles to manage but I need an alternative without password

No they won't. Your only option is bot that automates the phone or the website. But you will need client log in details
