The last mega pack I purchased (8h August, 2018) the movements on the serps was:
Keyword & URL 1: NOT TOP 500 > 14

French Niche. All those keywords are medium difficulty. But it has not been two months since the purchase of the package. Nice!
My suggestion #1: This service is very good in terms of quality and quantity of backlinks. And faster. You take an excellent decision if you spend your money here.
My suggestion #2: the mate use articles of 400 words approximately (as all services), but I am one of the SEOs think that the content is the best link. So provide good articles more than 600 words and very legible. For high competitive niches, I suggest 1 or 1 group of keywords and 1 url only.
My suggestion #3: use indexer like InstantLinkIndexer and IndexInject (I use both).
