We don't know what that means. Is it $1,300? $1000? $3,000? $3? 1k3$ is not a accurate way to explain the price.
Also, we're not a watch forum, I'm not entirely sure why you would ask this question here.

Like 1.3k - $1300 - thirteen hundred. That's way over priced by looking at it I've seen Rolex knock offs for $80.00 that look way better

I think it's $31,000. The lowest price I see on their site is about $20k. There are plenty that say price on request so who knows. Haha.

Ah, must be the used price or an imitation price. I don't know how well watches hold their value or how much knockoffs go for. They have some interesting designs though.
