Do you know how many messages you can safely send from your new account (let's say, max 200 followers), so that you do not get shadow ban?

You think is a good idea to spam DMs with the main restaurant page? Isn't risky to annoy people with spam in their DM folder with a main page?

I search on Google, and I found some articles says there is no limit for DM on Instagram, but you send just to 500 or 1000 users per day.

Use auto DM instagram to the users who going to classy restaurant (using Hashtags, Place, active in others pages in your niche...)
After u create your list, DM all of them, saying like : (here is a new classy restaurant) or (if you like natural food, our restaurant give......)

if you want to Scraper users who active in others page, use an extensions (Chrome) it : helper tools for instagram
with this method you well not follow/unfollow on your main page, and you well get real followers

At the end like them post too, after that DM all of them

Don't do that. DMing random people. DMing between 500 and 1000 people a day. Just don't. You'll regret.

You know what I do with DMs I receive from stranger accounts? I'll completely ignore them. Most people will do the same. It can hurt the reputation of your restaurant. Don't spam random people!

Yeah it is going to help most likely small restaurants.

If you have mid classy restaurant, then i recomend (If i am not misstaken Dan Lok was talking about this in one of his videos) take all the people you know, make them line up infront of the restaurant and take photo of them.
Then go insidde and take a picture, how is the restaurant full, everybody is laughihg, having good time etc...

Use these photos on ads.
These ads will be very powerfull, people will see realy busy classy restaurant,
they will be curious what kind of restaurant is that in their geo.
(They will think about it like: it has to be really great restaurant)

In the ads you can put text like, We are having this weekend special offer / day (Our chef will be cooking his specialy food infront of the restaurant, perfect for romantic night. This is only example... you will come up with something)

When people will see post (ad) like that, you will bring to your client lot of customers.

With the side accounts i create i'm sending between 50 and 60 DM per day (with a perfect, deeply nested spintax), so far so good!
