Question: would you buy a link on this relevant site:

Hello,

so i'm finding websites to purchase links from manually, I found this super relevant website that is willing to write me an article for $20

however that parameters are as follows:
DA = 15
PA = 21
TF = 0
CF = 18

Now i'm fully aware the TF is 0.... does this means it's an absolute "no-go" ? or it's fine as long as the others are pretty decent numbers?

I will build backlinks even tf is 0.but before that I will check RD and Spam score Moz value.if its pretty decent I can else I will drop

If the domain is clean in terms of history and back link profile & the content is good quality then it won't harm you. So in that case you can give it a go.

Google does not care about ahref or moz. Google has their own metrics system and i am pretty sure its far sophisticated than these services. if a website is getting search engine traffic then it must have some authority in the system of google.

As far as these tools are concern they vary in the site metrics.

Most important a relevant backlink which has real traffic from search engine should not be hurt.

Only think i will concern is if the site was penalized in the past.

As others point out - ignore the metrics and spam score, they are completely irrelevant. Check the backlinks, the websites content, the traffic estimations (Ahrefs/Semrush), to what other website links to, and thats it. If is good - go for it.

a TF 0 is kind of shady. It somehow represent a Majestic penalty (not an actual site penalty, they just try to emphasize that this site backlink profile is probably shady.).

You should be careful and check whats up. I would look at these metrics really just to confirm your feelings but you should first of all check the quality of content, domain history, trafic if possible etc.
