Is your phone rooted?
Does your provider allow the port you are trying to use?
A simple it doesn't work is not enough. Ask yourself why it doesn't work for you. Maybe your provider just prohibits such usage.
Are u lookinh for wifi proxy or 4g proxy?
You can simply install vpn and don't think about it anymore.
It's much easier and works well.
Aw, well.. Then I got it.I have some old cell phones and I wanted to use them as a proxy to use on Jarvee. I would leave one in each of my family members, connected on the internet by wifi (different internets of course). VPN would not work for me.

ebay itI also have this option to use the raspberry but I will try a little more to find the solution to use the cell phones. Raspberry is a bit expensive here in Brazil.
