You can outsource the production of the product or service to someone else. All you would need to do is focus on finding buyers for what ever it is you're trying to sell. In my personal experience, one-on-one conversation is still the best way to sell things, even online. I'd email, call, or even text potential buyers. When you do start to get sales, keep a list of your buyers for repeat sales in the future. Be sure to sell your products or services for a fairly high price, so your time isn't being wasted, and when you do make a sale, it's worth it. Personally I think something in the range of $100-$1000 is a nice price point.
