How can I get back my bing ads account?

So, a few years ago I used to do some shady coupon stuff on bing which resulted in my legitimate bing account being banned.

Now, I want to use Bing legitimately and spend money with them with just this account, no coupons. The problem is that my account is banned and when i contact support, they "review" my account for a few days and then email me that my account is closed and they consider the decision final.

I can't make any new accounts with my real name and credit card because they link it to my old one and ban me again.

Is there anyone here who was able to get their accounts back after receiving the same message? How did you do it? Is there anyone I can contact?

Have you tried calling and talking to someone? Their E-Mail is like rolling dice that is not in your favor.

When bing says the decision is final. It is really hard to get it back. You better use your family members' or your friends' cards to create new accounts.

Not true, that's I did it on all my final decisions. But, I personally had to talk to someone or live chat.

i also tried livechat but both reps just told me that once a decision is final, not even a supervisor can reverse the decision. What did you say to them? I asked them for a solution and they just said to try a new account with a different email and payment method.

The live chat support of bing and email is different. So, there is very less chance to get back the account. Try pushing them but as long as i'm concerned - there is very very less possibility to get back that.

I just pleaded my case. But, I was in the right too.
I would go ahead and do the new E-Mail and payment. If you were to talk them into it they are going to be false flagging you everything.

I wouldn't take anything bing reps say for granted, they have a huge variance between reps.
talking to someone stateside is probably your best bet by calling during normal USA business hours.
usually if i get somoene in india/or in a bad mood etc. I just hung up. they are tired of dealing with fraud accounts and have a bad attitude, if they feel you are USA based and have a legitimate business they might help you more.

Hello Magnumwhite, can you sell verified bing ads account ?

You can't use bing ads account with your personal info. You should create a new account using your closely related person. But I am confused if you will really be able to create a new account. Cause, bing is really very hard with newly created accounts. Though you're going to use your real card (any card) will be declined at the startup stage. You will need to chat with them to enable the billing functionality.

Alternative way: I would suggest you to create a bing ads account using your PayPal & prepay option. Thus you can actually run with Bing with your newly create account as your card is blocked by them.
