Ok, so I used one of VCC loaded with $16 - Bought the US-2 VPS with a based location on Bucharest/Romania. Everything went smooth - including payment and afterwards hell was unleashed.

2 tickets opened and finally someone closed again and again without any refund to the VCC... is not normal what they do ... but they still do it because is a Vietnam based business. Take care - they want only Bitcoin to deliver the services ... so those can't be chargeback ... be careful when you'll do business with them
