Follow/Unfollow in 2018

Guys I was reading on the internet and watching youtube videos about follow/unfollow and 95% says it doesn't work anymore? But my accounts grow actually at a decent rate, but engagement at some days is ridiculously low.

I engage with al my comments on al my 10 accounts so I think that helps a bit. Also I do manual comments on accounts in my niche where I provide valuable comments and not just 'Nice post' or 'Cool pic bro'

But I get a bit nervous of all the people saying that it doesn't work anymore. Am I doing it all for nothing? Or if I reach a high enough follower count does the snowball effect still kicks in? On some accounts I actually get upto 2000 likes per photo if it is a very good one and then the next photo gets only 350 likes. How is the difference so big?

Never a fan of it. In the one successful account I has i used this: https://github.com/social-manager-tools/instagram-bot-lib/blob/master/README.md a bot that likes pictures and comments (I target it to my niche obviously).

Yeah I guess you are right! But isn't instagram holding you back for doing follow/unfollow?

And I find it odd, because you follow users that you know are interested in your niche. So if they follow back they should be interested in your pics?

I never do follow unfollow but yeah the idea is dincr they show interest in the niche you will get higher engagement
