In your opinion what's the best method to menage a classy restaurant page?
The goal here is to grow the page, consolidate the "brand awarness" and obviously get more clients.

I already got some ideas, i'm curious to know how would you approach this job!

This is a great advice already in my strategy, as i'm not willing to push follow/unfollow on the main page of a "local" business, thanks mate!

First of all, I would not exaggerate with the number of posts per day. In addition, I would like to make the pictures humorous and their graphic style consistent.

The schedule i have in mind is 3 post per week, plus 2/3 stories per day.
You think those can be good numbers?

Perhaps I would start with 1 story and then increase their number. As for posts for a week, in my opinion this is a good amount.

Use auto DM instagram to the users who going to classy restaurant (using Hashtags, Place, active in others pages in your niche...)
After u create your list, DM all of them, saying like : (here is a new classy restaurant) or (if you like natural food, our restaurant give......)

You think is a good idea to spam DMs with the main restaurant page? Isn't risky to annoy people with spam in their DM folder with a main page?

Thanks a lot mate, i've got some -perhaps- good ideas for the mid/long term content creation, but i was thinking about picture, slideshows and "stop motion" vids, as they are cheaper to produce.
I got some other ideas, like the "Chef's secret post", the "Story of a dish" etc, this could help creating brand awarness in the mid/long term!

Got any other ideas?

If you send the DM's to people that followed you, it's already less risky.

Also, be careful with DM-ing, try not to cross IG's limits and hope not a lot of business owners report your messages as spam.

Its good to post relevant things, so you can gather an audience with interests in the field. People who would not only follow but go to the restaurant as well, and recommend it to others. You should post things like the today menu, some fancy recipes; humor-related posts are mandatory too.

Working on the content's concept and schedule right now.
I'm not really sure the humor-related post like the one that @Filipo666 kindly posted can be a good line for an expensive mid/upperclass restaurant in Italy in a beautiful location by the waterfront.
I dunno if it will fit, it seems to me a bit "too much" for the target audience, it seems (TO ME) more suitable to a young target, a low/mid class restaurant in a big city or something like that!
Am i missing something? Please correct me if i'm wrong!

Yeah it is going to help most likely small restaurants.

If you have mid classy restaurant, then i recomend (If i am not misstaken Dan Lok was talking about this in one of his videos) take all the people you know, make them line up infront of the restaurant and take photo of them.
Then go insidde and take a picture, how is the restaurant full, everybody is laughihg, having good time etc...

Use these photos on ads.
These ads will be very powerfull, people will see realy busy classy restaurant,
they will be curious what kind of restaurant is that in their geo.
(They will think about it like: it has to be really great restaurant)

In the ads you can put text like, We are having this weekend special offer / day (Our chef will be cooking his specialy food infront of the restaurant, perfect for romantic night. This is only example... you will come up with something)

When people will see post (ad) like that, you will bring to your client lot of customers.

Do you know how many messages you can safely send from your new account (let's say, max 200 followers), so that you do not get shadow ban?
