Looking for a good instagram posts scraper (by hashtag) ?

Is there any good one ? i searched day and night and never found one that is good enough

So , I want this bot to scrape posts for a given hashtag and has these 3 filters at least :

1- Filter by number of likes
2 - Filter by number of comments
3- Filter by day it was posted

So why not check for a few tutorials on youtube and make a simple python scraper. This could be accomplished in an afternoon by a complete non programmer and youtube. If you check the freelancer section, I am sure someone will create this script for you real fast.

There's no search operators in instagram's search, except for location.
You can't filter by date or comments count.
