I have seen some SEO gurus send me a report that tells what's wrong with a particular page.

Does anybody have any tool they know that you can use identify onpage optimization issues?

Thank you, I appreciate it.
You can perform an on-page audit with SEO powersuite - https://www.uk.link-assistant.com
You can also do it with Moz on-page grader - https://moz.com/tools/onpage-grader

I am not sure about any free options.

SEMRush can do half job.
Thanks.

One more question....

Do you know if there is a tool or service that you can get to publish let's say an article from your blog to all your social media pages....like Facebook, twitter and others?
Thank you, I appreciate it.

That's what https://ifttt.com/ does.

Page optimizer pro does this as well. As long as you know how to use it it gives fantastic results.

Freebie; verifyseo does a very basic run for free, looking at main keyword etc.

Apart from paid tools like semrush, MOZ. There are many other tools available online like seoptimer

SEOPressor is good for this if you're using Wordpress. Small monthly fee but you can put it on unlimited domains and it's a great help as you write new content.

Thank you. I have completed the form to get demo reports....see what it does.
Can you elaborate on your comment on how to use them? What do you have in mind?
Thanks a bunch.

So, I got one report....kind of difficult to follow, but I can see it is worth it.

From what I've seen, the biggest way people use it wrong is by just taking the top 5 or 10 results on the first page and plugging those into POP. Instead, because POP is strictly an on-page tool, you have to pick the competitors who are ranking partially or mostly because of their on-page strength. So I use this in conjunction with serpworx to really get the full effect.

What I'll do is disregard the huge sites; yelp, amazon, thumbtack, houzz, etc. Then I'll throw out any site that looks to be ranking based on off-page signals, like a huge amount of backlinks or social shares. What's left should be pages that are ranking based on strong on-page signals. I'll plug those into POP and compare my site against those.

Once you get the report, you have to know how to massage it a bit. When comparing for average wordcount, I don't try to hit it exactly. I'll usually try to get within +/- 25%, and I would never go above wordcount + 50%. I usually disregard a lot of the suggestions from "page structure" suggestions, especially if I feel it would break up the flow of the page (such as ol and ul, iframes, and video) and optimize around the "recommendations" and "alternative recommendations" tabs.

I personally use this for images: https://github.com/verlok/lazyload
I've seen significant boost in loading times using this and I recommend it
