I have been using this service for the past 1 year now. Service is amazing and cheap too.
Your support is top notch but following issue is leaving me all frustrated!

FIRST: I am an Indian. I still usually pay via PayPal. But because of some weird issue, I can never pay via checkout link that you give inside invoice.

Second:
I pay via NEFT. Now it's not my JOB EVERYTIME to create a ticket whenever I send money.
Why would I as a customer take efforts? But still, I do mention my invoice id in "Message" section while transferring the amount so that you guys can verify and it becomes easy to track my payment.
I need to create ticket every month to confirm!

THIRD:
Also even if I have an active service and I try to add funds, it gives me an error :

"You must have at least one active order before you can add funds so you cannot proceed at the current time!"

Can you please fix these, it's really frustrating...

I understand the Situation but we can't able to Implement the Automated Payment Gateway for Indian Due to GST. If we enable all of our Clients need to Pay GST which will obviously increased the Overall Price. But this will be added in next 1-2 Months and clients from India will have the option to Pay via their Local Payment Methods.
