Monetizing 55k Facebook page.

I am not an affiliate guy and I believe that links can do more harm rather then good if you post too much too often, and if you don't - you won't make a profit. One of the sites I work with (big travel site) did an article promoting mattress that can be used as a bed inside the car - made a pretty good profit ($100k+), but that was a one-time thing. The product is an Amazon product.

I would make a site and start creating content related to your FB page niche - on the site you can put as many ads and advertisers as you like (as long as it doesn't bother the visitor). It probably won't be a huge profit at the beginning as I don't expect all 55k to click each day, though you're growing and your audience will grow also, especially if you'll work on it. You can also share content updates to your Instant Articles and monetize them with Audience Network, so users won't leave facebook by visiting your site and you'll see much better revenue than with AdSense.

What kind of videos are allowed? can I use videos I didn't create? e.g football videos

Only the videos you have copyright for, Because you will get reviewed before monetization even if you got the requirements ... Otherwise you're literally offering the Facebook employee to review your videos then strike your videos with copyrights, and this may lead to so many problems to your page, Copyright is a big risk.

I have a 10k like page. my videos pull in a lot more than it should at about 5-10k per day. I qualify for ad break so i'm gonna check it out. Was thinking adsense, but i don't know now.

great to hear that you achieve 55k milestones, news website is a viral topic in which you can cover everything so go for it plus don't go for affiliate links, your website links will work fine for you because you can approve your website on adsense plus provide your website for facebook instant articles as well and you will earn from 2 big platforms google and facebook at same time.

That sounds great. I don't expect to be making a lot right now. But every $ that is made can be used to invest in growing the page. I hope that at some point I can reach the level of earning enough money to live from it. I'm already earning a living online but I would like to shift towards something will cost me significantly less time.

Thank you, this is the reason I signed up on BHW, these are the replies I'm looking for. I won't be using any affiliate links anymore, it doesn't seem to work for me.

I don't plan on making a journey but I think it's a good idea to post some updates every now and then. My Adsense got approved. I just paid someone on Fiverr $40 to create a professional looking news website with Wordpress. I could've done it myself but I want to make sure it looks as good as possible. When that's finished I will write like 25 articles to make the website look the way it should. And then I'll start sharing them on my page. Of course I am more than curious what I'm going to earn per 1000 visitors. My Instagram account is currently at 1000 followers. After the website is finished I'll buy followliker. I just finished my FB ad campaign and I'm at 56k likes now. I paid 0.12$ per like. I don't know if that's good or bad, but they're Tier 1 likes only. And I think the page has like 95% + Tier 1 likes.

For the next year to come I'll just keep investing the profit I make into the Fb page and growing my Instagram. I think 200k likes is what I want to accomplish before I start focussing on another page. I already have another nice page with 1k likes. Forget about organic growth these days, don't expect the page to grow by itself. Unless you upload seriously good content. But Facebook is still the best social network to monetize in my opinion. They now have more and more better options for people who like to monetize, and the reach limitations are not as bad as they used to be. It actually looks like they're reversing it a bit.

The first 2 are green but the last one about monetization is red. Why could that be ?
