Google search console images problem

I need some help and advice if anyone know what to do.. In my search console account i see 449 images submited and only 14 indexed, this number dropped after some time. However, when i type site:domain in google images i see that all images are indexed. Why search console show it like this, should i do anything or to ignore? btw i notice this on 2 domain, see the image below for 1 domain..

We had the same issue with one of our clients who used copirighted images on his site.
