Summary
For the review, I asked the seller to send me an Amazon AWS Educate account along with the Yahoo accountt used to create it. The details of my review are below.

Service Information

• I was able to log into the Amazon AWS Educate account without any issues. The account was indeed pre-loaded with $100 in it.
  
• I was able to log into the Yahoo email account the seller provided without experiencing any issues. The Yahoo account was apparently created back in June, as I could see from the welcome email it received.

How about the different instances? t2.micro or t2.2xlarge, can I choose whatever EC2 I want?
You mentioned that the access comes with a related yahoo e-mail for the AWS Acc. So, I need to log in with a residential proxy?

1. You can login to any number of these account in same ip no problem.
2. Yes All "T2 instances" are launch-able, not others.
3. Yahoo mail is for you to manage your aws account password and this yahoo mail is the one used for the aws account. You dont need residential proxy. May be just use indian ip (vpn) if you dont want any trouble with email. Anyway you are given recovery email so it wont be an issue if you login from other country ips.
