Facebook account block

Good morning,
I have a Facebook account and a group that already has about 800 members. From one moment to the other Facebook blocked my account and asked me for a photo to review my profile.
I have everything blocked and I can not enter the account.
I need the account to work and I do not know how to solve this situation. Has anyone had the same problem? how did you solve it? any email contact from Facebook to bofe can send an email and try to solve the problem? Thank you

You will have to upload the pic or find one that is very close to the profile pic you had and use that. The only other way is to send in ID but if its a fake account then that will be hard.

They dont reply straight away. Some are taking up to a week now to reply. Dont bother emailing them - FB will never answer.

Wow, I just read a thread here today about a guy who had 10 accounts blocked and 5 of them were instantly unlocked after uploading. I think FB is working on this right now, I read about this today btw.

It varies...sometimes it is instant..but if they log you out and say they will let you know... then its up to a week now. Used to be a few hours.
