Did you set your .htaccess file up correctly and 301 http to https? If so, give it a week or so.

Are you sure everything is redirected properly? See any crawl errors in webmaster tools?

Can u plz tell me tool name

http://www.redirect-checker.org/

If your domain is https://www.yourdomain.com

Test all these variations.

http://yourdomain.com
http://www.yourdomain.com
https://yourdomain.com

and it should all redirect to

https://www.yourdomain.com

if you log into your domain provider , you can set the domain to 301 to the https .

any domain provider will help you .

if you have done it all correctly .

Google will treat the new setting as a new domain https and will index it , but all takes time ...

Google is slow these days very slow in indexing.

Your rankings might suffer in the short term, but Google is not stupid and you will get your rankings back.

Regarding the impressions and clicks, check your GSC if you have set your HTTPS version of the website as property

The ranking will get back to you soon. The SSL certificate is required to secure your data from the hackers so definitely this will not be the negative SEO factor for you. So then wait you'll gain the past ranking soon.
