Not unless you have a blog which offers non-promotional education. Twitter doesn't work if you try and push a product in somebody's face. If the product helps people solve a problem, then it can work. But 99 times out of 100, it's just not worth it.

I don't promote any affiliate/CPA type offers, especially if it's direct linking. You'd need educational, interesting, informative articles first, with perhaps the option of people to buy something that solves the problem, or makes sense to link from the blog write up. But it's always best to primarily give people something that they can learn from, and then give them the option to learn more about the product.

Twitter = educate people with something. The product should be secondary and not be in their face.

It won't work if you're trying to direct sell something, no. But if you had a blog post that could indirectly sell, that can work.

Example, if you have a shop that sells music, you could have a blog post saying:
"The best selling singles of 2018 so far" - which then has a bit about each single, the artist, number of copies sold etc, along with a link to where people can buy/download it.

Basically, you need to offer something informative/interesting, with any sales coming because it solves a problem, or relates to what people are reading about... not just send them to a "buy this" type of landing page. That will just annoy people.
