Had my account suspended in 2017 for: "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations." All appeals were ignored.

I made "top 10" styled videos with affiliate links. Seeing others made the exact same type of videos I saw no problem. Example:

Id like to create a new channel to do commentary.

1) I have a VPN inside a Windows 7 VM I can use to hide myself. On it, I have been signed in to the suspended youtubes Gmail account. I also have a gmail account currently on it which contains footprints such as my name or linked phone numbers. Would above scenarios be enough to link me if I create a new youtube account?

2) I understand fairplay allows it, ie: Criticism, News reporting or remixes but I see so much copyright material everywhere, including entire music albums or as in the videos I linked above, reused sounds/tunes/pictures, etc. How exactly do people get away with copyright? Its all so precarious/vague as almost all videos contain some sort of infringement. Another example:
, this video contains copyrighted Warhammer 40k Artwork. How is this up?

3) Does monetization add an extra "layer" of scrutinization / "scanning" by youtube bots for copyright material vs non-monetized videos?

4) Is being part of a "network" truly a way to protect yourself from copyright strikes?

1. Create/Duplicate a VM. It takes 2-5 minutes. Use another browser.
2. Don't upload each video with affiliate link. Upload some neutral videos.
4. Diversification i.e. managing 2 or more channels is a way to protect yourself.

Can you give comment in question 1 regarding footprint leaks?

Another VM, IP and browser protect from footprint leaks.
Can you shed light on what footprints leak? For example, could on my VM with a VPN and logging in to a Gmail account which contains information linked to the suspended Google/Youtube account ie: Name, Number, address, etc link me? Would this VPN IP for ever be "linked" to my suspended Google/Youtube accounts IP? Even if I wipe the browser or use a new one?

If you create a new VM and use a new browser with different IP they are not linked.

were you making much bank with these types of channels?

No. It was like maybe $20 if i remeber correctly. Since Google deleted my Google account and adsense I cannot check the account.
