ok so to get back on topic here....
first, My apologies to Ajay. $15 is $15 no matter where you're from. Now the problem lies with my "employee" running my stuff while I was out of town for a death in the family.
I told him not to publish anything until I checked it. But he did (he's indian too lol)
Ajay, You WILL recieve payment I just need to look it all over now. And they will be removed asap until you are paid.
Not to self: don't let others use your screenname.

I think i should say something here.
@Ajay: writing article is hard work and you deserve your pay doesn't matter what's the amount. But yup "$15 is lot for indians" is wrong statement. as we know $15 = Rs.750 and if you go out in any mall, they are all over in seconds.
@myhatturnedblack : Dude for your information, greeting by using sir/madam is something universal, have you ever called Paypal support? even there manager will greet you by sir/madam. You may not know this but Indians as 'english' speakers are highest in number in comparison to any other country. He said he is a student and earn his income online by writing article, he may not be perfect in writing it but he's trying his best and earning money on his own. This is his skill and he will soon master in it.
@kingwhitey thanks for paying him, you got what you promised to pay for, this is what you call ethical business.

haha, well i agree to you here, for some project i hired programmer from GAF but after they take projects (some of them) either there's long wait to see replies or even bad language. Well, no one's perfect.
