Depends on the relative niche/industry.
A non spammed domain with anchors/ranked kws for like "car insurance uk" would probably worth thousands. On the other hand, a domain with no relevant anchors or category might be worth £10.

For a PBN link, assuming an average niche, passes manual review it would depend how high the metrics and relevance go - If it's DA20, relevant.. maybe £10.

Again, the RD of the domain, as well as traffic, might be over the roof, which would make the backlink valuable. Or there might not be any traffic and barely any RDs, which makes the backlink shit.

GSA can probably build DA 20 links for free.

I buy DA 30+ for 1$ but they're not quality links as they are already used a lot.

Actually, I'm not really looking at a specific site. I'm just asking for a general opinion on buying links since I haven't really bought any links yet.
Haven't really used GSA, I have Scrapebox though.
