News aggregator website, and adsense

I want to start news aggregator website and it is based on wordpress so before i purchase a domain i want to ask few questions.

1. Any good plugins that can help me collect content from rss and publish them automatically with their respective source mentioned.
2. (Main Question) Suppose my website is running now if i want to monetize my website with adsense is it possible?
(i know it won't get approved chances are low) but if i used an approved adsense account on my aggregator website will there be any problems? will i get banned?

2. As long as you have some content on there and the site doesn't look like spam, you should be able to get approved. If the account is already approved and you're not breaking TOS, you should be good to go.

For a good wordpress aggregator, I would recommend wp robot.

i will work on the design so it won't look like spam so then i am good to go with adsense?

i want to create an aggregator website where all news from different sites are present in one place with their respective sources. i already have another in which i write my own original content. i want to create an aggregator to maximize my revenue just that

i use IFTTT for this. It works great in most of the cases.

You don't want to use an aggregator.
Unless your website is already popular it's unlikely AdSense will like that a lot, though it may pass the approval.

If the domain is not banned by AdSense already you can get AdSense account and put it on your site, it will start generating revenue as soon as ads will go live and start receiving impressions/clicks, but if you know site is not up to AdSense requirements you risk to get account closed before the payout.

It's not that hard to get a content, as well as you can re-write or hire someone here on BHW to create content for you.
