(HELP NEEDED,PLEASE) Launching 1'st project on

Hi guys
I would like to launch my first project,which i will describe soon (if everything goes good,otherwise it will take some time ) in Journey Section. I will promote cpa offers,make some sites,some dropshipping stores,and if everything goes as it's expected,then i'm going to regrow,regrow,and once more regrow. But i need a little help from You,guys. The project would not be so little ,and i need my friends to co-work with me,i've made a trip from Germany to Poland ,only to show them my idea,and Ask for help. I think that they don't believe in earning money online,so i need some real proofs from You to convince them. It would be great,if somebody,who have actually earned something could post a short review of a method used and incomes after 1 and 2 years. If they agree,then i'm going to describe everything as i said before,and i hope,that it would be useful for some of You. I will outsorce,promote ,sell , advertise and much more

If your friends aren't onboard already, bring them on as business partners is a disaster waiting to happen.

If you have the funds, hire freelancers or VAs. If you don't have the funds, consider working solo, or set up a couple side-projects and funnel that money into your main project.

I know,i have already made some bad decisions in my life,when i've trusted the wrong ppl. But those are the guys which i know since primary school,and every one of them has experience and knowledge,because i've planned for them work which they do everyday. I trust them. I don't trust my brother when it's about money,but i do trust them. And i will do most of the job,and money comes to my account first

It's not about trust, it's about believing in the business.

If your partners are not 100% dedicated to the cause, they will give up at the first sign of trouble. And when it's already an uphill battle before you even get to the sales-pitch stage, you're only setting yourself up for failure.

All the methods you listed doesn't require a team to get started. We've several SOLO members doing it successfully with zero help and assistance.

Why fly to Poland when you don't even know the basics of making money online?

Take the baby steps just like everyone else while testing out the waters on what works and what doesn't and scale it up once you grasped the idea.

I don't think you'll take action anytime soon. It's called Day Dreaming.

Lastly, don't ask for earning proofs. If your buddies doesn't trust your words, they won't hear you out even if you show them the pics you picked off from the internet.

Mate,they do. I thought ,that bhw would be a little friendlier,than that. I've asked for proofs,not for life--lessons. They do believe me. They don't believe in earning BIG money.

Thanks for the method. Mate,how'd You know of how much i know,or how much i Can,or how much i did? Mate,if I would like to make it alone,i would do it alone .I'm just too lazy to make all the processes,like marketing,replying to users/customers,articles rewriting. I mean... I can do it alone,or i can pay somebody else to do it,but,hey.. why should i pay,when IT Can be done for free,and make some fun,doing together? I've read BHW,CPAElites,and others SEO,hacking,programming,marketing forums ,together with books,courses and every other shit for over 6 month. I did SOMETHING already. I've always wondered what is this magic skills,that gives u so much knowledge to judge somebody's else after reading few sentences. Show me the magic,pls. You shouldn't judge a book after it's cover,u know that? Wanted help,got disapproval.

You can find faked proofs on any of the internet guru websites, or in your spambox, or on any of the less-moderated marketing forums. Nothing we post here will look any different than those fakes, nor will they be any more trustworthy.

If your potential partners have even the slightest business sense, they'll recognize these "proofs" as unverifiable and reject them out of hand, leaving you exactly where you are now. And if they somehow do accept them at face value, I would run far away, because it's only a matter of time before they fall for some other scam and sink your entire company.

K,understood. What i want to say is only that they aren't my partners,like a co-owners. They're just a co-workers ,i've made the whole mysterious plan ,did all the recons,read all the books,threads,and i'm pretty sure that they wouldn't even imagine how big is definition of "internet marketing". I've planned for them work that they can easily handle,with only a bit of systematic work. I've tried to work with somebody once,but i'm a kind of "it have to be done ASAP" guy,not the "I'll do it later". My co-worker was the second one,we have worked together for the whole day ,then i had to say thanks. But this type i seriously did something,that would fit their characters ,their interests,and it wouldn't take TOO MUCH of their time,so they won't get angry. I have planned a work for every one individually. We'll see what they say together. I understand what r u trying to say, but it's not the first time,when i'm trying to work with somebody. And i just wanted to use them as a motivation for them. I don't want them to have even a single doubt of failure. Not everybody is motivated so much,like we are. And if i won't do it with them,them i won't do it with anybody else. I don't want to earn a big cash alone,i would like to make our little "empire" with them. And they like the project, because it suits to everyone just perfect. And the other jobs will do the fiverr for us. I mean,i don't need a partner to do something. But if it will work,then it'll make much more fun. And i won't let them to decide alone about Company. They will will do the job done,but it's enough for me. The most importants things i'll do alone

A major part of the problem is that you're just planning to implement a bunch of unrelated methods and keep building more sites, without bringing anything unique to the table. While these sites work great for starter income, and disposable experimental sites, they almost never produce much profit, and splitting that profit 3+ ways means all of you will be working for a few cents an hour.

If you really want a multi-employee company, start working on a unique business idea where you add actual value to the process and can eventually grow into a legitimate corporation. Don't wager your entire livelihood on the sort of business where your customers can bypass you entirely and never realize the difference.
