there is a work around, and here is the proof:
to have this thread approved by BHW, i had to create a fresh amazon associate account, which i did and shared the login details with the moderator assigned to review this sales thread. i got a link and shortened it with bit.ly so we are able to track the traffic. traffic converts as stated. few days after, the account is reviewed by amazon and the verdict was that the website (i had created a blogger blog and posted some content mostly images and added one of my old websites that is not updated regularly because all i wanted to prove was just to show the traffic converted.) i used to apply was not updated and content was not recent,
i was even invited to register again, which i did with the same details as before but this time with another website ( which i randomly got off the internet, no kidding) i again sent traffic to it, this time voila! the account is approved. the moderator that reviewed this sales thread can confirm this to be true.
note that on both occassions amazon has made no mention of the traffic source. i did not even put up amazon affiliate links on any of the websites on both occassions

you are assuming we don't, we have created several amazon accounts with different names which we cash out from (if you do your research you can leverage this traffic source and scale as much as you want, by creating several associate accounts with different names to make atleast 150 percent return on money invested in buying our traffic) but to logically answer your question
- It is not advisable to generate hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in a single account (unless you are the owner of a giant page). I do not think there are more than 10 accounts in the world that generate more than $ 200,000- $ 300,000 per month, so if you invoice this month, obviously, you'll be in their eye (this extra traffic method that converts very Well, you are thinking ideally to earn an extra of a few thousand dollars a month additional, per account).
- We already send traffic to our own accounts, generating activity and profit in them, but there is a lot of traffic available.
- Amazon takes many days to pay, selling part of the available traffic and charging it at the time of delivery, it is more optimal.

yes it is completely against Amazon's terms of service but there is a workaround that guarantees that Amazon does not close your account because Amazon even encourages it. do your own research, if you want me to tell you it would cost you.
you actually don't and there are a couple of ways to get around that.
i don't know what method you are using but that is not the case with my methods, my checks are on point and on time.
you don't even need to have a website for this to work.I don t see any reason for a website to be in place if they send traffic to the affiliate link and no product research is needed
all i can say here is you are unto something dig in a bit further, that is close but not the method i use.
