How risky is it calling paypal if your under 18?

I got a payment of $100 that never went into my balance, i refunded it to the customer so he could resend but it went into a pending refund from my bank. I need to call them to sort it out but im 17, How risky is it?

How will they know it? I dont think paypal has an automatic machine detector which detects age on call . You can call, and did you created a fake account with 18 years old above?

if that so, be ready to take risk when they asked documents.

If they ask for documents ill tell them ill email them over and just never chase up there mail i guess.

I've called PayPal multiple times even though I'm under the age of 18.

They probably won't ask if you're really the age you entered on PayPal unless you sound like you're 10.
