What theme are you using?
Any plugins like wp super cach etc?

Appearance > Widgets > Meta > Delete

Multiquote? and seems like such a difficult task to contact support to get them to investigate, provide solutions, for one little thing I could ask here that someone may know.

Find this code and erase it:

<aside id="meta-2" class="widget widget_meta"><h4 class="widget-title penci-border-arrow"><span class="inner-arrow">Meta</span></h4> <ul>
<li><a rel="nofollow" href="http://scienceteaser.com/wp-login.php">Log in</a></li>

Plus my accounts locked and I have to prove who I am and that means emailing, waiting 24 hour for a response, then email them the issue, wait another 24 hour response, it will take days, waste of time

Nice one mate appreciate it ! :) Thumbs up from me.

search google for "remove meta from wordpress sidebar"

Mostly support is pretty fast from envato marketplace. That would be your best move.

If not, try putting the widget back in place, then add a widget in the same place and add some text - then see if it appears, that way you can first establish if you’re even in the right place.

When you add your own widget to that sidebar, the default widgets will disappear.

If you don’t want widgets at all, you can remove the sidebar in the Layout section of the customizer.

Cheers mate, I work as IT support, so getting home from work to contact support is frustrating ahaha

Do what I suggested then; first thing is finding the right place. It could be another widget area, or as hasan suggested it could be configured via template and available only from appearance > editor.

Go to appearance, go to editor, then look up the code. I can help you if you add me to the site.

Thread moved.

You can remove that by deleting the corresponding widget.
