issues with my twitter account

i have issues with my twitter account, it has been showing this error message for over two months when i log in on desktop and even on mobile app i get "sorry ,twitter is getting too long to load
try again" i have contacted support without and still not been able to get it fixed, any advice?

Have you tried from a different computer and a different location, just to rule out browser / cache / ip block etc?

last reply i got from support was they will get back to me. still haven't gotten a reply from them since then.

I would keep chasing them - if they think you are a spammer they are probably fobbing you off.

If you keep chasing them and remain indignant - like they have no justification for limiting your account - then perhaps they’ll take you seriously and get it resolved.

Have you tried to log in to this account on other computers?

Have you tried logging in from another computer with another IP? If the problem persists in this case, the only way out is spamming the support.

tbh I have never heard of this issue, and have experienc with customers totalling 10000s of accounts. Is this your actual account, or a spam account / seo account?

yea seems this is working fine

and twitter.com/settings works fine too, the other two twitter.com and twitter.com/my username isnt working

When you try on other machines, do you use a clean browser (i.e. not logged in to your browser account)?

If you do use the same browser account, it could be your plugins stopping some scripts from running if you use things like noscript / ublock / umatrix. If so, try a clean vanilla browser on a different machine. Or if you use chrome try firefox, and vice versa

If you have access to a bot, can you scrape your timeline?
