How many outbound links is a lot?

I'm having a problem where I have created a service page where it lays out about say 30-40 different services but all of them link straight to the booking software (or I can link to my booking page) either way I feel like that's a lot of URL's going to one place.

My question is if I'm outlinking to the booking app should I make it all nofollow. I know nofollow means no link juice will be counted but Google will still index it, at least I think. If Google still doesn't see it then maybe I should do it? Or am I just over thinking it and should just post the links.

You can also boost the SEO value of your page by linking out to some HIGH AUTHORITY pages (not your booking page)

Well the reason for it going to my booking page is that there they have options to select from different options to book such as on the phone as well. I can force them all to go straight to the booking url rather than it going to that set but I lose the option of getting customers who would rather call/text to book.

I would simply No Follow if I had to link out that many times.

nofollow links also increases your rank in SERP

I think you can just leave 1 do follow, and the rest no follow, that way, you will still gain the benefit from the link juice, and not to appear too spammy on that page itself.
40 links to a single page is too spammy I believe. 5 links would be nice, but never 40 in total on a single page.
But 1 link do follow , and another 39 no follow, that would be the best setup.

1 or 2 do follow links will looks good. no follow all the other links.
