Anyone knows how to download the video from an Android app? It's similar to YouTube with offline download option.

We do not know exactly what you need, but you can always launch a mobile application on a PC using a emulator f.e. BlueStacks and record your computer's desktop with, for example OBS (Open Broadcast Software).
You can also just record the screen of your phone. For iOS this is very simple but from what we know, on Android it is also possible, type in Google "android record screen" (we can not add links yet). This is a rather unprofessional method and may not necessarily help you, but it is an idea
