I also used proxy6.net with their ipv6 proxys but their ipv4 worked fine.
Using ipv6 led to immediate block on ipv6 even under 9/hour unfortunately.

Any other site recommendations for working ipv6?

ouchie... well to make it better f0r you, it looks like I got a bad subnet proxy and messaged them; they changed my proxy within minutes. New proxy worked just fine.
