Hello guys,

Lately, I have been having problem concertrating in my work and going further with my plans and everything. It seems to me like I have a lack of motivation.

So, what motivates you guys to work and go further with your plans? (except money, logically).

To be able to support my family and make my mother proud. (Single parent)

That's the strongest motivation ever.
Any personal goal?

Personal? Hmm. Pay my mother's bank debt for now.
Other:
Become a millionaire and ask everyone that didn't trusted in me if they want a job, haha.
No, for real. Become a millionaire under the age of 30.

Revenge.

But OP, keep in mind that motivation isn't something you should rely on. As you can tell by now, it's slipping away as easy as it comes. What you need if you want to succeed is absolute self-discipline, the willingness to get out of bed even when you don't want to, do the things that have to be done even if you'd much rather spend your time with friends.

To get my ass out of this poisonousness society and be self-sustained in the middle of nowhere.

Unfortunately even though it sounds contradictory, I need a couple big years first to achieve the simpler lifestyle.

Health, wealth, girls.
You can say goodbye to the first one if those last 2 is what you want, you must be still very young or the opposite and in midlife crisis :D

what motivates me ? is being financially free and be able to support everyone around me

The need for food and shelter I suppose. lol

You are right, I used to have motivation to get out of bed and do what I had to do with happiness. But doing things just because you have to doesn't seem so good.

Getting the fuck out of my shithole country.

So bad there huh? lol

Just turned 20. You are right :)

Simply because I always think ahead and I just can't see myself unsuccessful, "You Only Live Once" is so powerful when you really think deeply about it.
You got one life, do the best to live it best.

Doubt that that means you need to work 9 to 5

To support my parents and become a millionaire before age 30. Also, I've had a taste of the rich life (older friend is a billionaire) and crave more.

Supporting and taking care of my family is the number one motivator for me.

Second to that is enjoying “work”.
